If they are still growing in height, then they need more sleep than other girls that have reached their estimated height.

AnswerThirteen year olds should be trying to get at least 6-9 hours a night. 8 hours a night would be fantastic!

Most people require 6-8 hrs BUT:

  • Infants and teens need a bit more than average
  • Senior citizens need a bit less

if a parent wants to know more than everyone else. probably 8-10 hours, but even if we get 10 hours we can still wake up tired. its better to let us sleep as long as possible so we grow correctly and keep from getting sick.

I am 14 and normally get, at most 7 hours sleep.

well in the night about 8-12 hours but since they are teenagers it will be 12 hours... midnight-midday
