First things first: When taking these herbs, start slowly, or there may be problems.

  • For Maca Root, take 3000-however much is effective (start with 500mg)
  • If you take Maca Root Powder with the capsules, take 2-4 teaspoons a day
  • Take Maca with/in food
  • For Aguaje, take 3000-5000mg max (start slowly)
  • For the powder, take 2-4 teaspoons a day
  • Take it with food

I recommend these other herbs in conjunction with Maca Root & Aguaje. Please realize that it is unnecessary to take any of these.

  • Saw Palmetto (3000mg)
  • Red Clover (2000mg)
  • Wild Yam (2000mg)

Last, but not least, I'd like to say that every person reacts differently to different products. All of these answers are guestimations and results are varied. Take whatever you deem appropriate for yourself and do not overload yourself with these herbs. Too much of a good thing is not a good thing!

P.S: I recommend doing some research for a while so that you understand how these herbs work and why they work the way they do. Look for pure products and remember, sometimes quality requires a large quantity of money, but not necessarily.
