∙ 12y agoIt depends on the pill and how many milligrams of ingredients are contained in it. For instance, if counting 200mg pills of ibuprofen, 4 grams would be twenty pills (200mg * 5 = 1 gram). If counting 500mg pills of acetaminophen, 4 grams would be 8 pills (500mg * 2 = 1 gram). Beware however that a lot of pills contain filler ingredients, such as bonding ingredients or other inert chemicals necessary for the proper use of the pill.
