People need eight hours of sleep each night, some may need a little more and some a little less, but four hours is definitely not enough. Our bodies need rest to be at optimum health, just as much as they need nutritious food and regular exercise.

No. Everybody needs at least 7 hours sleep, depending on lifestyle. Younger people need more.
