Well, anywhere between 9-10 hours, if you are sick, i recommend 12-13 so that your body can sort of store energy to combat diseases. Anymore than 10 hours per day is enough to make you lazy, of course, for children (11-13hrs if healthy), and adults (6-9hrs), it's different.
