For 7 to 14 years old, take 1 capsule a day after breakfast. For 15 years old to adult, the ideal start up dose is 1 capsule 2 times a day ( breakfast and dinner) for 3 months. After the start up period, you can lower the dosage to 1 capsule a day after breakfast as maintenance. Should you wish to continue though with 2 capsules a day, you may do so for optimum results, without fear of any side or withdrawal effect.
