There are many great tanning lotions available from many different resources, but which one you choose to use depends on your particular skin, preferences and where you are getting your tan from. If you are just looking for a tan but don't care to go to a tanning booth or stay out in the sun, buy a tanning lotion that will gradually bronze your skin for a tanned appearance. If you go to a tanning booth, you will need to purchase a lotion from the salon or from a beauty supply store that sells tanning lotions that are compatible with the acrylic base of most tanning beds.
It is better to use a tanning bed daily then semi weekly. You have a better change of burning the longer you stay in a tanning bed.
Most tanning beds have timers that allow a user to stay in the tanning bed at 10, 15 and 20 minute intervals. You should start out at the minimum and work your way up to the maximum time allowed. Just remember, you should never stay in a tanning bed for more than 20 minutes at a time.
Wolff System Sunvision 28LE 2F Tanning Bed has a fan to help you stay cool.
Tanning beds include a session timer as a safety feature, so that you do not stay in the tanning bed too long. Most beds also have internal cooling systems that cool the bed and the body during the sesion and after.
You won't get a miscarriage if you tan. I currently work at a tanning salon and we must know if you are pregnant so that we can inform you to stay hydrated. Tanning beds dehydrate you and so does being pregnant, so if you do go tanning while pregnant be sure to stay hydrated!
try tanning yourself periodically, go to a beach or a tanning booth or something just dont stay too long doing it as you might get skin cancer or sunburn.
you can if you want to it won't hurt the tan is on your skin and will stay there if you go to the tanning salon regularly :)
These are heat blisters. Heat blisters appear before you become burned (as in touching fire, not "sunburned"). Next time, stay in the bed/booth for a shorter period of time, and use a moisturizing tanning lotion. If you use a "tingle" lotion, wait until after you have hit your tanning plateau, as it may cause blistering beforehand. In the mean time, you can treat them with regular Aloe; the kind that comes in a big bottle of green gel. It will keep the itching from bothering you too much, and hydrate your burned skin.

A good way to sun tan yourself is to go to your local tanning clinic. Here, you can tan yourself under lamps which don't contain as much of the harmful ultraviolet rays that you get when exposed to sunlight. Your tanning assistant will tell you how long to stay under the lamps.
If you want it to, then yes. If you scrub with a sponge nicely it'll come off but if you want it to stay on don't use one. But remember there might be some streaking regardless!
