Not that I recommend it as you are at higher risk for overdose.. but it mostly depends on your dose of Suboxone.

There is lots of misinformation about suboxone/subutex/buprenorphine which is equally bad AND good ("if you use another opiate you will DIE" has been claimed by doctors, this is seen as a deterrent but can also be abused when people find out it is not true and assume that they can just do their regular opiate doses and be fine)

Bupe tends to have a significant, but varying among individuals, blocking effect of opiates in doses HIGHER than around 2mg.

If you take less than 2mg you should be able to feel near, if not full, effects of heroin within hours.

But if you are on suboxone, you should really be rethinking your desire to use heroin in the first place..

I'm just saying...

No, you will get very sick.

Will suboxone work if you did a bag of heroin an hour ago and feel slight withdrawals now?

Dude, get help to stop taking heroin at all, it screws you up, whether you feel withdrawal symptoms or not.

Mixing suboxone and herion?

You will get very very sick do not do this and it is a waste of money as well because after taking suboxone your opiate receptor will be saturated, so not only will you get sick but you will not even feel the heroin.

Is anyone else not able to feel the effects of alcohol due to suboxone use?

I definitely don't feel the effects of alcohol as much on Suboxone, much like other opioid medications act. If I do feel a little hung over, the Sub seems to help me feel better.

Took one Suboxone at noon can I shoot heroin tomorrow?

Usually, after about 36 hours, you will be able to feel the heroin a little bit, but you won't be able to get a full-blown heroin high for about 48 to 72 hours. Since it seems that you aren't taking Suboxone regularly, however, the amount of time you have to wait will probably be a bit shorter.

How long after taking a suboxone can you take an oxy and have its normal effects?

I can answer this question from personal experience. I'm a struggling recovering opiate addict and am now prescribed to Suboxone. I'm prescribed 4mg in the morning and 4mg in the early evening, so 8mg a day. I know that if I wait for 24 hours after taking my last dose of Suboxone I can feel about 60%-70% of the oxy. If I continue to do them, the amount that I am able to feel it goes up. After the third day of being off my Suboxone I can finally feel the oxy 100%.

If you have taken suboxone will you feel a 30mg OC?

It depends on several different factors: how much suboxone you took, how long have you been taking it, and if you only took a suboxone once between taking pills: how high your tolerance is to oxycodone. If you only took one dose of suboxone (between 2mg and 8mg) you should be able to feel the full effect of the OC after 24 hours. After about 12 hours you'll feel some effects, but definitely not what you would normally expect from 30mg of OC. If you've been taking Suboxone for several days in a row, it would be difficult to guage how long it will take for you to feel the full effects. Suboxone has a 36 hour half life so it builds up in your system. The longer you take it and the higher the dose, the longer it will take for it to leave your system completely.

Can you take suboxone after taking Oxycontin?

Not unless you feel like going into intense precipitated withdrawals and wanting to claw your eyes out. Trust me, don't do it. In fact, you need to wait at the bare minimum 12-15 hours after your last dose of heroin until you can take suboxone. You should really wait 24 hours though. You need to be in withdrawal from the heroin before the suboxone will work without making it ten times worse.

Will an allergic reaction happen if you take heroin while you are on suboxone?

How long after you take methadone can you take suboxone?

You can take methadone after suboxone but do not take suboxone after methadone. If you have any opiates in your system and take suboxone, you will go into withdrawal......

If you have been using herion for over 3 weeks you started taking suboxone 2 days ago why do you still feel sick?

You may need a higher dose of Suboxone to minimise withdrawal symptoms. Or, you could be on too high of a dose. Very important to talk with your doctor or pharmacist when you are uncomfortable. Getting the dose right will help you feel better.

What is the lowest dose of methadone not to feel sick when taking suboxone?

Methadone and Suboxone should not be taken together. Mixing these medications will cause severe withdrawals no matter how much of each is taken.
