It has been my best experience before a fight not to have sex at least two weeks prior to your fight. I felt stronger, more focus, hungry or aggressive, and had tremendous stamina. When I fought with with having sex about three or four days before my fight I felt the completely opposite; weak in the legs, slow, dragging, and not as focused. It can be difficult to withstand temptation but I promise if you can hold out for at least two weeks you will be glad you did and rewards are endless.
