It should be as long as you are comfortable. I have slept with two virgins, one time it was only a minute before it was clearly uncomfortable. The other time it was ten or so minutes. It is really all about what you want and are comfortable with. There is no set time limit on sex, whether it is your first or one hundredth time. If you are a man and are worried about "lasting", perhaps going slower or taking breaks will allow you to maintain yourself throughout. If you are a woman, make sure you have plenty of lubrication and stop if you feel intense discomfort. You are your own gauge. If there is pain or discomfort that is making the experience unpleasant, you should stop. If not, keep going and be mindful of your body and its signals.
