A light heal in two weeks and a full heal in 1 year. You can change the jewellery after 8 weeks yourself.
A navel piercing can take anywhere from six months to a year to heal completely.
It generally takes 3 to 6 weeks for a mild to moderate sprain to heal. to fully heal the ankle it takes 1 year.
The question isn't clear, to keep it (as long as you want) for it to heal ( 6 to 8 weeks for a light heal but it won't be seasoned till it's a year old )

Cartliage take over a year to heal. When I got mine done it took about a year and a half to heal. This is because your cartilage doesn't produce it's own blood. So when you get it pierced it has to wait to get blood and oxygen from the rest of the body. So this of course is why it takes such a long time to heal
2 months but it takes 6 months up to a year to completely heal
