If you are talking about continued improvement after you stop... Roche, who make it, say two months but that seems to have magically jumped from one month, which is what they used to say.

If you mean stop spots from coming back thats just pot luck, some a couple of years, some two decades, some never.

40% never need to see a doctor about their spots again, 40% have some form of treatment for spots again but not Isotretinoin, and 20% go back on it again. Well this is what I was told!
