Really, this question is mainly based on how good you take care of your own stuff. Orbeez, if you keep a lot of them in a bottle or something, can last a really long time. On the other hand, if you constantly throw them around and stuff, they are very prone to falling apart. It depends on what you do to it.

if their in the air too long they might shrink due to loss of water, but the fully grown orbeez wont break unless their dropped, squeezed, or crushed.
