if you are already totally clean and have not been smoking at all and are not really obese than one puff should be undetectable in 7-10 days for sure. But I have tested clean after one hit as soon as 3 days later. But I would give yourself as much time as possible.
Maybe a few days, probably not even a week, unless you smoke regularly where it has had a chance to build up. I would not take a chance of being tested for a week, just to be sure! Also, the more you weigh, the longer it will stay in your system.

One month.

Depends, but usually if it was like the first time in a while or first time it's like 5-10 days, cranberry juice and water should get it out of your system if that's what your worried about, with fluids the hit stays for like 2 or three days, maybe a lot less.

No matter how long ago you smoked or how many drugs you have done it can all be detected form your hair. It stays in your spine forever, however, for a piss test, I would give it 3 weeks top, depending on how heavy a smoker you are. Don't get a detox kit, waste of money. one hit wouldn't be more than a few days...whereas if you regularly smoked for a month it would take over 3 weeks

It's incredibly hard to tell because it differs so greatly between people. It depends on your metabolism, your liver/kidneys ability to filter out of blood and urine, activeness, health, quality of weed, and many many more. THC is fat soluble (dissolves in fat) and can be detected for a super long time, as well as in your hair.

If you've got a fast metabolism, you're active and drink lots of water, and you're healthy, you've got a much better chance of it getting out quicker. But like i said, it's too hard to tell to be able to make a general time-frame.

For the benefit of the doubt, just don't smoke if you are getting dropped! (which is why you asked the question, i assume)

*don't get caught! ;)

While its half-life in the blood is fairly short, typically reaching very low levels within hours and undetectable levels within 7 days, THC does build up in fatty tissue where it can remain almost indefinitely.

one hit isn't much really, depending on the quality of the cannabis i'd say 7-14 days, probably less

Long enough to fail whatever test you're worried about.

Don't do it.
