Levothyroxin is a drug that is used to treat an underactive thyroid. How long the drug stays in your system would depend on how long you were taking it for and in what dosage as well as how effective your body works at getting rid of the drug. Levothyroxin can stay in your system for up to 3 months.

I'm on it for hypothyroidism. It doesn't have a long life, so it doesn't stay in system long. 3-4 days, but you'll start to feel the effects in about a week or two. Effects may be tiredness, groggy, hard to get motivated in the mornings, etc.
