As a child, I had many, so I know of what I speak. Once it has come to a head, white top on it, you need to open it and squeeze as much as possible out and then take a piece of thread and double it. Then press the doubled thread down over the top till you see a white core and then twist the thread to entwine the core in the thread and pull out the core. Clean thoroughly with warm soapy water, then apply antibiotic oinment and cover with gauze. It will take approximately one week to heal.
