I don't have any medical background but started taking DIM for estrogen dominance combined with Calcium Glucarate. I was having severe PMS and terrible breast swelling for two weeks of my cycle. The supplements starting working within the next month and the pain, pms, etc. has been miraculously gone since I started taking the supplements--VERY exciting!
