I hadn't used in 6 months, went on vacation and got drunk and the next thing happens is I did a 1/2 an eight ball on Wednsday and the other 1/2 on Thursday ending around 6:00pm. Had a UA on Wednsday of the following week.

I took the UA test on Wednsday morning at 9:00am and there wasn't a trace in my urine. So do the math, it was 5 days and 15 hours between my last bump to my UA and it came up negative for cocaine.

I go to a pain clinic and am perscribed 180 mg of Oxycontin and 90 mg of Oxycodone every day. So this clinic uses the best UA testing availiable, their trying to catch people using differeent drugs that are not perscribed to them so they can discharge you from the pain clinic.

I am male, 6'-0" tall and weigh 210 pds.

Cocaine will stay in your body for 3 days. in your blood is longer then that.

Don't underestimate, the amount of time cocaine can stay in the system. Cocaine can clear in about 2-3 days, however the metabolite (benzoylecgonine) can stay much longer up to 30 days. In 72hrs cocaine is out of the bloodstream, and in 1-3 days out of the urine. However if you are a regular user, it can stay present in urine for up to 12 weeks.
