Well the piercing needs to heal, this can take up to a year for a piercing to become seasoned (this is when you can remove the jewellery for a few hours and not have an issue putting it back in). Average heal time can vary from piercing to piercing from 4~6 weeks for some and other a lot longer. Light heals are not considered "healed" and can be damaged by removing the jewellery too soon. Nostril piercings can take 6 months to 1 year to heal completely, and a septum piercing usually takes about 3 months.

A broken nose may reset by it self but really seldom. If you've got an accident, you must go to your doctor, which will reset the shape of your nose or recommend other Doctor Who will do. If more time elapsed after the injury, the only way to put your nose in place is nose job (rhinoplasty surgery)
About 2 months to fully heal. To heal enough to stop hurting about 2 weeks. ANSWER It depends on the degree of injury made. Strong injuries might heal totally after few months, while simple one might heal in a month. In any case these are the periods for full recovery. Usually an injure person can go back to his usual activities after 1-2 weeks (except sports and physical work).
Usually about 4-6 weeks, tho some may take longer, depends on the individual. TatuBaron
In my opinion, after breaking my nose three weeks ago, I feel it depends on severity of the break and general health and age of individual how long it will take to recover from a broken nose.
