I've been around automobiles all my life and I have never heard of an AIRTIGHT TRUNK. Humans expire (die) in trunks for other reasons. Exposure to the elements; severe cold or severe heat and they can't get out. OR lack of water if they are trapped in there long enough. OTHER airtight places where people, usually small children get trapped that are truly AIRTIGHT, are the older model refrigerators, large marine coolers, chest freezers.....etc........
