I have a few. My bladder is so full it might leak. I can't hold my bladder even ten minutes and there's twenty minutes till the next rest stop. I made it to the bathroom but my legs are crossed and my bladder can't even hold long enough so I can pull down my pants. I wear diapers because of my weak bladder. (this didn't really happen): my friend dared me to drink water while I had to pee while in a bathing suit by my in ground pool and I did it and my bladder emptied all in my bathing suit bottom making it soaked because it was so full and all the water by the pool and the water made my bladder unable to hold anymore.
Usually it will partially empty itself against your will as nature's way to prevent it from exploding. But if you have a full bladder in a car accident or play contact sports with a full bladder - and a surprising number of people do - and you are struck in the pelvic area, it can burst upward through the dome into your pelvic cavity, causing a life threatening medical emergency.

On average, a 12-year-old can hold their bladder for about 4-5 hours. However, this can vary depending on the individual's hydration levels, bladder capacity, and overall health. It's important for children to listen to their body's signals and not hold their bladder for extended periods to prevent discomfort or potential health issues.
The bladder can generally hold around 400-600 milliliters of urine comfortably before signaling the need to empty. However, holding urine for too long can lead to discomfort, increased risk of infections, and potential bladder damage. It's important to listen to your body's signals and not delay using the restroom when needed.
Urination is both a voluntary and involuntary process. The act of releasing urine is primarily under voluntary control, allowing us to choose when and where to empty our bladder. However, the reflex to empty the bladder when it becomes full is an involuntary process controlled by the nervous system.
A person may only last 2 days if his or her urinary bladder is not well-functioning.

Well, if you hold your pee in to long, your bladder may burst, and you could die. If you hold your poo in too long, your body would probably just force it out.
