The shock of hitting the ground with the hands travels up the arms, and hits the clavicle with enough force and the angle to fracture it. The impact usually damages something else before it gets that far, but the bones must have been aligned just so for the shock to travel up without damaging anything else on the way up.
If you fall and hit the ground with your hands outstretched, the impact travels up your arms and into your clavicle. The force exerted on the clavicle from the impact can cause it to fracture due to the pressure and stress placed on the bone.
Depending on the type of fracture, I would suggest some minor nerve damage in your wrist. How did the fractures occur? If it was a fall, you may have some awkward pressure or nerve damage to the spine or neck. To ensure thatit isn't anything to do with your spine, have someone hold your hands. Squeeze their hands as hard as you can at the same time. If they say the pressure is different, it may be a problem with your spinal cord. To double check, lay down. Have the person put their hands on the bottom of your feet. Push as hard as you can against their hands at the same time, then have them move their hands to on top of your feet. Pull as hard as you can against their hands. If the pressure is different, then it would probably be that. I doubt it would be to do with your clavicle fracture. Then again, this could be unnecessary info overload. Are you taking pain killers? If so, look to see if there is any side-effects, especially with any regular medications you may be taking already. Is the sensation in both hands or just one? Hope this helps. :D Please don't run the aforesaid resistance test until the clavicle is back in one piece. Yikes.
You do not swim with a broken clavicle. You use your hands, legs and body movement. Under no circumstances should you use a broken clavicle or an intact one, yours or anyone else's to swim.
The genre of "Hands Are Not for Hitting" is typically categorized as a children's picture book that focuses on teaching young children about positive behavior and the importance of expressing emotions in healthy ways.
Sheeps are killed by hitting them, either with your bare hands or a tool. Hitting is done by clicking the left mouse-button.

try starting with your hands higher.
One frequent scenario that results in broken wrists is when the subject is running forward, trips, trys to protect the face with the hands, palms hitting the ground, and the body's center of gravity is carried forward of the pivot point of the wrists by the fall velocity, thus bending the wrist at a super-acute angle, resulting in sprain or fracture. I wouldn't call it "easy" but I would say it's a common fracture or sprain.
It sounds kind of like your mom's hands in handcuffs hitting the headboard
i think it's by hitting(with a stick) and slapping(with hands)
