There are no over the counter medications that have Tramadol in them. Tramadol is a low grade narcotic pain reliever and you need a prescription to get it.
when differentiated, the English language is broken down into a trimodal structure, consisting of: - written - spoken - sign
Um, first.... As far as I am aware there is no such medication called Trimodal.. However... Taking almost any medication after it's expiration, should not hurt you or cause any issues providing they are taken buy the person they are prescribed and for the issue they are prescribed for and if your doctor is aware you are still taking the medication. The expiration is there because over time all medications will degrade and can become less effective. All medications have a "half-life" which means over time they will lose their potency. DISCLAIMER: I am not a doctor or pharmacist, however I spent over 10 years in the medical profession and have a strong knowledge of medications.. Take this advise with caution as I am not going to be liable for any adverse reaction you may have..
it means effective
Not sure what you are asking, but if there are two modes it is called bimodal and if there are three, it is trimodal. If one number occurs 2x and one 3x, the one that occurs 3x is the mode.
Both "effective in" and "effective at" can be correct, depending on the context. Use "effective in" when referring to a specific area or situation where something is effective. Use "effective at" when referring to a specific task or action at which something is effective.
more effective, most effective
