It also helps to keep the body temperature at a normal, healthy level, along with allow for human bodily functions and our organs to work properly. Without water, a person can become dehydrated. Too long without water and a person will die.

if u takr your weight in pounds and divide it by 2, then u should drink that much water.

eg. if u weigh 40 pounds, then u should drink 20 ounces of water.

When you drink water your body makes more blood. Your body can only hold so much blood though. If you dont drink water it will be a lot harder for your body to make blood.
