The answer to this one is relatively easy. You need to know your self and where you stand in a relationship because if you don't even know your self how can you help the relationship at all. I know this feeling well, I don't know who I am anymore I feel like I lost my self somewhere along the way and it's really causing problems between me and my husband because if I don't know who I am and what I like then how would he know and it causes conflict, quite a bit actually. Any who I know that is kind of confusing but I hope it help someone.
