∙ 14y agoElectric clippers work best to remove the bulk of the hair. After that you should use a razor. Apply shaving cream or another lubricant and stretch the skin of the scrotum. Do not apply too much pressure, most hair follicles have a slightly raised area at the base of the hair on the skin, and too much pressure will cause nicks.
