It doesn´t make sense to try to make yourself into this ideal image, nor does it make sense to worry about whether your body fits this ideal image. Accept your body the way it is. Don´t worry about whether it is beautiful, and don´t try to change it to make it more beautiful. It is much more important to take care of what you´ve got.
