No - you can't "unlearn" something. BUT you CAN train yourself to do something different....You would have to retrain yourself to wet the bed, or your pants, or diapers - but retraining is the key, not "untraining". To add another bit of information, you can weaken your bladder muscles by stopping the flow of urine while midstream. I would suggest forming a regular routine of doing this each time you must 'go' and keeping it 'stopped' for a few seconds, at least.
When moving from beloved potty to toilet, some people use a potty seat cover. This is an additional item that sits on the toilet, and is less daunting then the real toilet. Once a child grows they may stop using the training seat and move on to just sit normally on the big seat. It works. Usually Target sells items like this.
