i know how you feel i love a girl who lives in a diffrent country and speaks a diffrent language to my native tongue, but you have to remember that impossible is possible and that if you want somthing so badly with god on your side you can achieve what you set out to get, this is what helped me turn away from depression and is helping me establish a greater relationship with her, so in answer to you question don't just go 'hi im in love with you but,' just try to be patient and good things will happen.
