You need to work out an statergy to discontinue the Alprazolam based Tablets.
First of all you need to understand that you have conditioned your mind (yourself and your belief)and believing that once you take restyl you will be calm down.
you need to eradicate this thought and belief from your mind. This is an habit forming medication myself got addicted and daily 0.50 mg but eliminated this habitusing a diazapem. ( On consumption of the diazapem 0.25 mg you will be getting thoughts and urge to take the restyl but never give up. And it can be reduced in
a gradual manner.
Or better contact a professional psychiatrist he will be providing clonzepem based tablet and may give SSRI (to eliminate the depression).
Finally you need to believe one thing that any medication will not do any magic and it will temporarily divert your thoughts and anxiety once you stop the medication again the anxiety problem occurs.
Analyze yourself and find the out the Route Cause of this problem once you fix the Route cause you can throw the medicines in to Dustbin.
