I don't have any permanent solutions but find that these things help out:
a) Gently massage the location
b) Take a hot bath (sometimes with epsom salt)
c. Breathing in warm / hot air
c) Drinking green tea with honey These things may not work on you, everyone is different. The only other advice I could offer is to try something that is known to relax the muscles so the sphincter doesn't tighten up so much. Do research if you choose to use natural remedies with herbs or natural oils, because there could be negative effects if you use too much of it.
