I have had a sprained ankle and it hurts like hell, but if you really want to here are three things you can do:
1.) You can put on some high heels and step off of an office chair and tilt one ankle to the side
2.) You can sit on a chair or couch and tilt your foot to the side and stand up
3.) You can get some high heels on and get 5-10 small balls (tennis or racket)
and jump around until you cant jump anymore

What happens when you sprain your ankle?Answer:Your bones crack and bind, but it does not break.
If you brake a leg or if you badly sprain your ankle
That feeling is probably just excess fluid from a mild sprain. Press down the tissue of the swollen ankle with your finger, then do it to your other ankle. If the swollen ankle rebounds slower then the normal ankle, it's just a sprain. Elevate and ice it. If not, seek medical advice.
An ankle sprain
bang it on something or twist it on purpose

The most common type is the inversion ankle sprain, in which the ankle rolls over on the outside.

It's a sprain in the upper ligament of your ankle. These are usually much more painful and take longer to heal. (I had one about 2 months ago and they suck). The only good part is that with a high ankle sprain there is less of a chance of recurring problems as compared to a low ankle sprain aka. regular sprain.
Sprain your ankle
You can't. But you can sprain it. ; )
Twist it
Yes. The amount of swelling depends on several things, such as how bad the sprain is, how strong your ankle is, whether this is your first sprain, and how fast you get ice and compression on it.
