if you mean wont leave your home, and it's yours no his, you have the right to have the police to remove him. Change the locks if he doesn't get the message.

If he simply wont leave you alone it could be because he's heartbroken or just wont take no for an answer. Just go on with your life as if he's not there and date someone else until he gets it. If things turn weird get a restraining order or ask your dad or someone to speak to him for you.
