I would say that its a good idea to try and get away from the person/people who you are on the sleepover with as your sleep-deprived bad mood may well be taken out on them. This does not mean you have to be completely isolated - just go off for a bit to brush your teeth or something. You may well also be finding their company not quite as charming as it was the night before.

People can sometimes become tired of one another when they have spent a whole night together, so I would avoid doing anything that involves too much competition or something that might irritate people.

Drinking a caffeine drink often helps as well, and can perk you up. People's minds are often quite sluggish after long sleepovers.

Opening windows to freshen the room in which the sleepover took place can help too - clammy, sweaty air won't make grumpy people any happier.

Maybe take a shower if possible.

Try not to do anything that requires a lot of thinking. Instead stick to more relaxing activities.
