A good way to pop your legs is first you warm up for4-5 minutes then you stretch your legs after that you keep practicing your splits that's how i did it and it only took me 3 days because i kept doing it over and over again.

It hurts trying to pop it. but right after you pop your leg it the pain goes away in like a minute... i was scared at first but it paid off once i could do my splits :)
