It can be very, very bad for you especially if you are still growing and going through puberty. It does not matter if you are old or young, working yourself too much is deteriorating to your health and should be avoided. Try eating a balanced diet with full meals and snacks that give you energy (protein bars, peanuts, almonds, etc) so that you have enough energy. Also, sleep is very important!
