I think the most important factor is having friends and family support you, keeping a healthy diet and exercise to return your body to its natural rhythm, lots of water and fresh fruit etc...

Perhaps find another activity you enjoy when you feel pangs, go for a run, eat chocolate, try to replace Meth with something else that's less destructive to you and your body.
