You need to boil a couple cups of chamomile tea and then use it as a rinse after you shampoo and condition. leave it in your hair. or you can go outside and spritz it in your hair and let it dry in direct sunlight. sunlight will always lighten your hair or help it lighten. you could also try lemon juice, but personally i didn't see very much of a change. or you can try peroxide (or Sun In) but you have to be aware that although it will lighten your hair and rather quickly, it will also really dry it out and damage it. if used sparingly, it shouldn't be too bad. you need to experiment a little and find out which works best for you :-)
to lighten ur hair with chamomile tea u can either: use as a final rinse after washing ur hair, then blowdry or sit in sun put in spray bottle and spray on dry/wet hair, also u can add baking soda to help lighten it and aslo keep it from getting greasy

Yes thats correct.
Honey has natural bleaching properties that can lighten hair when used in combination with other ingredients like lemon juice or chamomile tea. However, the effect may be subtle and vary depending on the original hair color and how often the treatment is applied. It's always recommended to do a patch test before trying any natural lightening treatment.
You can use natural ingredients - Lemon Juice - to lighten Coffee - to darken Tea - darken if you got light hair / lighten if you got dark hair.
idk but i know that lemon juice does. just put some on before the beach or laying out and your hair will be a couple shades lighter each time. also if you're ever at the beach the salt in the ocean will naturally lighten your hair but it doesn't last as long.
Okay this is good for blond hair or dark brown/black hair. There are a couple ways. One is to boil it then put it in a spray bottle. Spray your hair generously then let dry! (helps if you are in the sun if not its whatever). Another way, which is kind of hard unless you have a hair salon in your bathroom with a sink with that neck hole thingy, make a rinse. Get the tea and put it in a bowl or sink. then, put ur hair in it.... and then like play with it like ur washing it.
Dried Flowers === === The flowers from which chamomile tea is made are Matricaria Recutita and Matricaria Chamomilla.
Chamomile tea can be relaxing. If you are already tired, but tense, you may not realize that you are tired. After you relax, you may notice the tiredness. Chamomile tea should not make you tired, by itself.
