You don't and if you are asking the question anyway maybe it's because you want to break up with them because you don't like them. That or you don't know what you want. You just need to break up with the person and letr them know that your fellings have changed and that it was nothing that they did to make you fell this way. Don't say the whole it's me not you thing though it gets old.
