Maggets
Maggots are the larval stage of flies, and they typically feed on decaying organic matter such as fruits, vegetables, meats, and dead animals. They play a crucial role in the ecosystem by breaking down and recycling organic material.

Yes. Any animal could die from flies or maggots.
I suggest you take your dog in to be checked out by a Veterinarian. How do you know they are maggots? It could be roundworms or tapeworms coming out through the feces. If it truly is maggots then there is a real problem going on such as a wound or infection and only a Veterinarian should be dealing with it.
Fly maggots do not suck blood. They normally eat dead flesh which is why they are often used medically in large wounds. They keep open wounds clean of dead and dying flesh allowing the new tissue to grow unhindered.
your dog should be fine, if it becomes sick just call a vet to make sure its alright,
I would not want to see the inside of your mind... Howere I will answer your question. If you are buried, you will most likely be in a coffin about 6 ft. under ground. You will probably not get eaten be maggots. If you are cremated there will be nothing for maggots to eat. That being said, you will probably not be eaten by anything.
