well if you have some sort of an activity or exercise every day for at least 30 min. and eat 3 healthy meals every day your body will be in pretty good shape. if you want to loose weight i suggest that you should work out (lift weights, yoga, stretching,and play a sport) or jog for more than 30 min. but if you want to be safe from germs and viruses there are other steps the stay healthy
