Petroleum jelly can prevent skin chafing from happening, if spread on places that are susceptible. Cornstarch helps treat chafing. If needed, hydrocortisone cream may be prescribed by a doctor. Products like Body Glide can also treat chafing.

It may sound odd, but diaper creams, such as balmex or another work wonders. Keep the cream in the refrigerator and it will be nice and cool.

Talcum powder works great. Also, you might consider a shirt fitted to ride a little higher in the armpits. Something in a light cotton. :}

If its from running/vigorous activity, then a smear of Vaseline / petroleum jelly on them before running etc will stop it.

You can use bandelettes. They go on your inner thighs and stay in place with silicone. Bandelettes keep your thighs from rubbing together and preventing chafing.
