Answer: Ask God to help you deal with what ever the pain may be, trust me this is the ONLY solution. ________ Well, I know that it sound trite... but time helps a lot. Getting some distance from the pain, and finding other things in life that can offer hope, rather than focusing your whole being on the pain... which is the way it is sometimes, and part of the process... but we can't let it be that way forever. We can't let the pain, or whoever caused the pain, to control us. WE have that power over our lives, and WE can overcome it, with time, and faith, and patience. Sometimes, when it is bad, escape is a good option... become absorbed in a book, or a game, or an art project. Anything that will take your mind off it. When it is less bad, getting some of it out through talking about it or writing about it can help... as long as you don't obsess and focus on it only, all the time, over and over. Try to get it out, and let go of it as much as you can. Friends and hobbies can help... finding fun people to hang out with, fun things to do... but time is the biggest thing. Keep breathing, keep going... it does get better. I promise.
Body ache is usually associated with viral and other infections laeding sometimes to fever. Acute body ache may require drugs such as paraetamol or ibuprofen to be taken after meal. But if it is not severe and you can tolerate it, then it it is good to try drinking water. Usually, it is my experience, that water probably washes away acidity and other toxins in the blood responsible for pain of the body. Sleeping well if you have not slept well is very important. Good massage followed by warm water bath also helps. Soreness after unacustomed work or exercise is not uncommon. But it sually vanishes on its own after sufficient rest.
Sleeping works.. To doss off quickly take a tris tablet, usually taken for dust Allergies and sneezing. Another way to heal headache is by tying a towel soaked in cold water covering the back neck and through the forehead. This can slow down blood pressure inside your head.
It varies depending on the cause- as a general rule you should rest and ice. If the heel pain is related to your plantar fascia then you should try rolling the arch of your foot on a foot massager. Frozen juice concentrate can work well because it ices as it massages. You can also purchase dixie cups and fill them with water and freeze them, then you can hold it as you massage your ice your arch/heel.
Pain is your body's way of telling you that something is wrong. Sometimes you need to listen to your body and stop doing something that is harming it. For example, if you sprain or tear a muscle or tendon, you need to stop using it until it heals. Or if you have pain in an organ, you should see a doctor to see what is wrong with it.
Some other ways to relieve pain include medication like aspirin, acetaminophen, ibuprofen or prescription drugs. Heat or cold often help to relieve pain, depending on what sort of pain it is - you usually find heat working for pain like muscle aches or Arthritis, while cold works best for sprains or burns.
The best way to relieve pain is to figure out what is causing it - and often you need a doctor to figure that out for sure.
