exercise to stay fit and healthy, drink milk, stay hydrated with lots of water, and eat foods like fruits and vegetables and DON'T smoke, get drunk, (now a kid should never smoke or drink alcohol, a sip of wine is good though, but i mean really), be a couch potato, gorge yourself with sodas candy chips or stuff like that, and don't stay in front of the commuter TV or any other electronics for more than 2 hours each day. by doing that you can grow, stay fit, and be the best you can be.-comicbook 1 aka Brett d (i only signed cuz this was engaging!)
