When giving a teen an enema I would highly recommend that you tell them they need the enema and explain how to do it and let then do it to protect their confidence and privacy. Alternatively you can prepare the enema for them and and while they get ready and ask if they would like to insert it or do they want you Do it. After i would leave them only and let the enema do it's thing. Also I would use a drape to cover the mid section to cover their genitals especially in girls.

I have no problem giving my teenage son an enema. He has gotten many enemas throughout his young life. I tell him to get into the bathroom. I then tell him that "you know what to do". He removes his pants and underwear and lays facedown on a towel that I placed on a chair. Then I prepare the bulb and start to give him the enema. When he was young, he used to cry but now he just accepts it and it fully cooperative.
