Eat and drink less sugar. For me they are normally caused from to much sugar. So drink more water and look at wal-mart or a little drug store for some numbing medicine it help ease the pain

Sometimes they do. Not always, but for me 10-15% of the time. With Lactose (I am also Lactose intolerant) 90% of the time I get mouth blisters. It can also depend on how sensitive you are.
