She propably is tired. Giving head is very tiresome, ones mouth gets sore, the ergonomy of the pose she is when giving head is very uncomfortable and the excersice from the motion is exhausting.
If you want her to keep on going, you really have to meet the gift she is giving you. Are you willing to lick her more than 5 minutes?
