How do you get rid of a stffy nose?

you can buy all sorts of relive for nasal congestion.

olbas does crush and sniff tissues , sniff sticks , and all sort of other things.you can get em from boots.they smell of mint and can get rid of stuffy noes.

vicks does this rub on wax stuff (rub onto chest or clothing) but the smell is sooooooo strong (and the smell doesn't come out of clothing too soon) so i'd stick with albas and only use it when it really is BLOCKED.

you can also try pouring boiling water into a bucket put a drop of albas oil (albas does minty oil too) and sniff in the steam.
