Many people get drowsy because they work a lot of overtime, shift work, or it can even be hot and muggy weather. A large meal also will make some people drowsy. Some medications, not enough exercise, bad diet, constipation or depression. There can be many reasons. Please see your doctor for a complete physical and get the doctor to give you a T3/T4 thyroid blood test as well as being checked for Diabetes. Don't get upset as it's highly unlikely you have diabetes. Also being anemic can cause drowsiness.
