If you think you have one, you should probably get it checked out to be safe especially if you feel nauseous. It is also not good to go to sleep, or take a nap without having first had it checked out. I would try calling a nurse just so you can put yourself at ease, she can answer your questions with real medical advice. Most hospitals have nurses that will answer your questions on the phone.
